在抗生素耐药性不断增长的时代, 含铋剂四联疗法的根除率也在逐步下降, 我们需要探索新的方案来提高根除率. 21世纪以来, 国内外研究者对含质子泵抑制剂和阿莫西林的高剂量双联疗法(high-dose dual therapy, HDDT)做了许多的研究, 研究发现HDDT不论作为一线疗法还是补救治疗, 都有着较高的根除率, 且不良反应少, 很有潜力在临床上成为新的一线幽门螺杆菌根除疗法或补救疗法. |
