通过研究我们发现肠内+肠外营养组的营养支持方式, 逐渐增加肠内营养(enteral nutrition, EN)的剂量, 同时逐渐减少肠外营养 (parenteral nutrition, PN), 这使得能够将EN和PN相互取长补短, 更好的改善患者营养状态, 减少并发症的发生, 缩短住院时间, 获得最佳疗效. |
