| 核心内容提要 |
本文就近年来关于胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘的危险因素以及预防措施进行了进一步的综述, 结果发现除了一些传统的指标可用来预测术后胰瘘的风险外, 如年龄、性别、体重指数、胰腺质地、胰管直径、术前总胆红素、术前白蛋白、手术方式、手术时间、手术出血量、胰肠吻合方式、术后第一天腹腔引流液淀粉酶含量。一些新的危险因素也可于预测术后胰瘘，如术前胰体实质的电子计算机断层扫描(computed tomography, CT)值、用CT或者磁共振来预估残胰体积. |
