核心内容提要 |
肝脏作为全身新陈代谢的枢纽,其功能包括调节碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质的代谢,胆汁合成,造血凝血及解毒等多个方面。近年来研究证实,肝脏内进行的各色生理活动几乎都受到生物钟的控制,而生物节律的紊乱则会引起肝脏新陈代谢及相应功能的紊乱,严重时可发展为代谢性疾病。随着现代生活节奏加快,工作休息节律与生理节律的去同步化已成常态,相关代谢疾病的发病率逐年攀升并呈年轻化趋势,故深入研究生物节律与肝脏代谢显得十分必要。本文结合近几年的相关科学报道,主要介绍了肝脏生物节律的来源和调控机制,总结了生理和病理条件下肝脏生物节律的变化,重点阐述了他们在调节葡萄糖、脂质、胆汁酸等代谢过程中所发挥的作用以及对某些疾病发生发展的潜在影响。 |
