核心内容提要	本文通过探讨大肠息肉内镜下形态学特点、病理分型与中医证型之间的相关性, 总结其与中医证型的分布特征, 对于部分不适合肠镜下切除或反复发作的患者, 结合其辨证分型规律进行中医药干预, 治疗予以健脾理气、清热化湿、温阳散寒、养血润燥、行气活血等治则辨证施治, 将有效改变息肉的生长内环境, 提高机体免疫力, 阻断了腺瘤癌变的可能性. 也提出大肠息肉不同证型中医药防治策略, 提高患者生活质量.
