本研究在3例正常代谢型胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD)患者的CYP2C19基因启动子区发现的3个基因变异, 均在细胞水平下调了CYP2C19启动子转录活性, 可能进一步影响质子泵抑制剂的代谢和治疗效果, 这一发现为中国人群中GERD患者的临床用药和治疗提供了新的思路. |
