本文首先比较论述了“同病异治”、“异病同治”两个相对的概念,再切入分析泄泻的“同病异治”之“病”、“治”的内涵外延, 从辨病因、辨病机、辨发病季节、辨病者体质四个方面来论述“同病异治”在泄泻中的应用思路, 进一步具体分析“同病异治”理论, 同时指导泄泻临证施治的实践. |
