| 核心内容提要 |
胃肠动力障碍是临床上常见的高发病症. 任何影响胃肠道节律性运动的因素都可能引发该疾病. 目前,人们对胃肠动力调节机制的研究主要集中在中枢神经、肠神经、自主神经、Cajal间质细胞、脑肠肽及离子通道等方面. 近年来, 苦味受体在胃肠道中的功能性表达受到广泛关注. 激活苦味受体可直接或间接调控肠道平滑肌收缩，进而影响胃肠动力. |
