预切开内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR with precutting, Pre-cut-EMR)是一种在内镜下黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection, EMR)基础上进行改良, 同时融合了EMR和内镜黏膜下剥离术的技术优势, 形成了一种新的内镜下切除方法, 该方法具有操作简单、易于掌握、疗效确切和安全性高等优势, 在临床上具有广阔的应用前景. 本研究通过回顾性分析, 初步总结了Pre-cut-EMR对结直肠结直肠侧向发育型肿瘤的治疗价值, 为该技术的进一步临床推广提供依据. |
