本实验通过应用短肽型肠内营养制剂干预慢性乙型肝炎合并肾功能衰竭患者的治疗, 发现短肽型肠内营养制剂可显著提高患者胃肠道的耐受性; 同时通过肝肾功能指标的观察, 可发现患者的肝肾功能大幅度改善, 对治疗具有促进作用. 该研究为后期短肽型肠内营养制剂的选择可提供依据. |
