观察CT门静脉成像(CT portography, CTP)指导内镜精准断流治疗疗效. CTP可以缩小治疗范围, 聚焦靶静脉, 减少用胶量, 减少食管静脉套扎环数, 并且减少再出血率, 是内镜胃底曲张静脉精准断流治疗的参照和保障. |
