核心内容提要 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, H.pylori)在全球感染率超过50%. H.pylori感染可打破胃肠道微生态平衡, 并与胃肠内、外多种疾病相关. 根除H.pylori可减少相关性疾病的发生, 但根除方案中的抗生素也会对肠道微生态产生影响. 益生菌辅助用药或可为H.pylori根除疗法带来积极影响.
