核心内容提要	肠三叶因子(intestinal trefoil factor, ITF)在急性胃黏膜损害过程中可以起到保护胃黏膜的作用, 而腹部推拿作用后可以上调下丘脑、血清及胃黏膜中ITF的含量, 提示了调节神经内分泌系统可能是腹部推拿促进胃黏膜损伤修复的途径之一.
