核心内容提要	短链脂肪酸(short-chain fatty acids, SCFAs)是肠道菌群的重要代谢产物之一, 具有维护肠道屏障功能和调节内脏敏感性等功能, 粪便中SCFAs的改变可以反映肠道菌群的变化. 因此, 深入了解SCFAs的来源、影响因素、参与肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome, IBS)的病理生理机制, 有利于将其开发成治疗IBS的靶标.
