核心内容提要	随着肥胖人群逐年增加, 这使得胃食管反流病的发病率不断提升. 虽然减肥手术给肥胖患者带来了福音, 但它是否对缓解胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD)有效, 甚至诱发或加重GERD目前尚无定论. 而在这篇文章中, 重新回顾近几年文献中讨论的减肥手术对GERD的影响, 总结出腹腔镜下袖状胃切除(laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, LSG)术后患者新生GERD和Barrett食管(Barrett's esophagus, BE)发生率最高, 而诸如Roux-en-Y胃旁路手术(Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery, RYGB)和腹腔镜可调节胃束带(laparoscopic adjustable gastric band, LAGB)术后发生GERD及BE的报道则明显降低.
