核心内容提要	目前尚无肝硬化并发急性门静脉血栓合并肝细胞癌的处理策略的研究报道, 本文建议先抗凝后手术, 因利伐沙班起效快、半衰期短、血栓再通率高, 可在短期内有效溶解血栓, 减少手术风险且对肿瘤治疗时机的影响小. 抗凝中发生出血时需适当调整药物, 而肿瘤复发在有条件时也需考虑再次实施手术治疗来改善预后.
