核心内容提要	患者行胃镜检查明确了胃底黏膜下隆起型肿物. 随后CT平扫及CT增强均明确了胃底占位性病变, 在我院行术前胃肠充盈超声检查, 再次定位时不仅明确了胃底间质瘤, 同时在胃体小弯侧又探及一大小约6 mm×5 mm小结节.
