核心内容提要	内镜微创治疗成为治疗有症状胰腺分裂症患者的首选方法. ERCP是诊断的“金标准”, 也是首选的治疗方案, 对十二指肠副乳头进行扩张或切开、置入胰管支架, 效果较好.插管困难时可由EUS辅助采用导丝对接的方法进行手术.
