| 核心内容提要 |
结-直肠癌是全球第三大常见癌症. 研究显示嘌呤能P2X7受体(purinergic P2X7 receptor, P2X7R)与结-直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)的发生、进展、转移和预后相关. 尽管人们努力开发有效的结直肠癌治疗方法, 但转移性结直肠癌患者的5年相对生存率仅为14%. 动物实验研究显示, P2X7R拮抗剂治疗 CRC可降低抗癌药物的耐药性、降低癌细胞的增殖和转移, 有望成为CRC治疗的新策略. |
