目前临床尚缺少氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-magnetic resonance spectroscopy, 1H-MRS)、血清胰岛素样生长因子-1 (insulin-like growth factor-1, IGF-1)联合在非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)病情评估中的相关研究. 故本研究尝试探讨腹部脂肪定量1H-MRS与血清IGF-1联合在NAFLD严重程度评估中的应用价值，以期为临床诊治提供参考. |
