| 核心内容提要 |
米曲菌胰酶片由胰酶、米曲菌酶组成, 其所含米曲菌纤维素酶可分解难于消化的植物细胞壁和骨架, 胰酶中的淀粉酶可分解食物中的碳水化合物, 促进蛋白质消化, 但其在便秘型肠易激综合征(constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, IBS-C)中单独应用效果有限. 而米曲菌胰酶片联合西沙比利片则可从改善消化功能、增强胃肠动力两个关键环节作用于肠道, 协同改善IBS-C临床症状. 但目前两者联合用于IBS-C中的研究较少, 基于此, 本研究尝试探讨米曲菌胰酶片联合西沙比利片治疗IBS-C的效果. |
