内镜黏膜下剥离术(Endoscopic submucosal dissection, ESD)后胃癌患者存在明显手术创伤, 肠内营养供给的方式、时机等需谨慎确定, 目前关于围术期胃癌营养支持仍未形成规范化干预方案. 鉴于此, 本研究尝试分析围手术期肠内营养在拟行ESD术胃癌患者中的应用效果, 以期为临床护理方案的制定提供参考. |
