核心内容提要	慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B, CHB)临床治愈又称功能性治愈, 是指停止治疗后血清乙肝表明抗原(hepatitis B surface antigen, HBsAg)和乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus HBV) DNA持续检测不到、HBeAg阴转、伴或不伴抗抗-HBs出现, 肝脏生物化学指标正常, 肝脏炎症缓解和组织病理学改善等, 但HBV的复制源头共价闭合环状DNA, 可能仍然存在肝细胞核内, 另外宿主因素的免疫耐受以及免疫应答不足, 导致免疫系统无法彻底清除病毒, 即使进行抗病毒治疗也难以实现表面抗原转阴, 导致CHB难以彻底治愈. 那么发现评价疗效或预测反应的新型生物标志物以及开发具有治愈乙型肝炎潜力的新兴抗病毒药物和免疫调节剂以及药物的联合应用将是实现HBV临床治愈有效手段.
