血肝素结合蛋白(heparin-binding protein, HBP)由中性粒细胞释放, 可参与血管通透性调节和炎症反应, 在脓毒症和多器官功能障碍中已显示预测价值, 但在高脂血症型胰腺炎(hyperlipidemic pancreatitis, HLAP)中的研究较少;醛固酮(aldosterone, ALD)升高与肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统过度激活有关, 可加剧胰腺微循环障碍和全身炎症, 可能与HLAP的液体复苏需求和预后相关; C反应蛋白/白蛋白(C-reactive protein/albumin ratio, CAR)可综合反映炎症、营养/免疫状态, 在多种炎症性疾病(如脓毒症、癌症)中预测预后, 但HLAP中的应用尚未明确. 本研究主要探讨HBP、ALD、CAR交互作用对HLAP患者预后不良风险的交互作用及其对预后不良的预测价值. |
