帽状息肉病(cap polyposis, CP)非常罕见, 目前文献报道不超过100例, 非常容易漏诊和误诊. 本文共收集了82例资料完整的病例, 分析总结CP的可能病因、临床表现、结肠镜和病理特征、治疗及转归等, 以期加强临床医生对该疾病的认识. |
