核心内容提要	烯醇化酶3(enolase 3, ENO3)在结肠癌(colon adenocarcinoma, COPD)中高表达且不利于预后, 可独立预测不良预后及作为治疗COAD的靶点. ENO3通过增强糖酵解可直接促进肿瘤生长, 调节免疫相关基因重塑肿瘤微环境导致免疫抑制, 肿瘤恶化.
