| 核心内容提要 |
在结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)的发展过程中, 肝脏是肿瘤细胞血行转移最易感的靶器官. 约50%的CRC患者在最初诊断时表现出肝转移, 或在诊断后5年内出现肝转移. 结直肠癌肝转移(colorectal cancer liver metastasis, CRCLM)的标准治疗方法是手术. 只有10%-20%的患者可以获得根治性切除. 此外, 全身化疗、放疗和靶向治疗是CRCLM的常用治疗方式. 但疗效受耐药、不良反应显著等因素制约. 近年免疫治疗受到广泛重视. 精准医学、基因组图谱和免疫疗法的最新进展在改善转移性肝细胞癌的治疗前景方面取得了显著进展. |
