中年男性患者, 因不明原因肝结节及门脉高压入院, 肝功能基本正常.影像学表现提示肝癌或肝硬化, 经过肝穿刺、全基因组测序最终诊断为囊性纤维化相关肝病. 该病例临床表现非典型, 极易误诊. 本病例的诊治过程提示临床医师在面对不明原因肝结节和门脉高压时, 应考虑囊性纤维化相关肝病的可能性, 以提高识别和诊治水平. |
