Lasso-Logistic模型能有效处理高维度数据, 筛选关键的变量, 在肿瘤预测预后模型表现出独特优势, 同时还能避免过拟合现象, 提高模型预测的准确性. 然而基于增强计算机断层扫描和临床资料构建结直肠癌患者预后Lasso-Logistic模型的研究缺乏. 基于此, 本研究对其展开探究, 旨在为评估结直肠癌患者预后提供佐证. |
