本研究旨在探讨超声脂肪分数(ultrasound-derived fat fraction, UDFF)在评估代谢相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic associated fatty liver disease, MAFLD)肝脂肪变程度方面与磁共振质子密度脂肪分数的一致性, 评估UDFF在临床实践中的潜在应用价值, 为优化MAFLD的无创诊断、推动超声定量技术在MAFLD筛查和监测中的应用提供参考. |
