核心内容提要	本研究比较慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B, CHB)患者的血清乙型肝炎核心抗原(hepatitis-B-core-related antigen, HBcrAg)、乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus, HBV) RNA以及高灵敏HBV DNA水平在恩替卡韦(entecavir, ETV)抗病毒治疗过程中疗效上的预测价值. 结果示基线血清HBcrAg水平可用于预测乙型肝炎e抗原(hepatitis B e antigen, HBeAg)阳性的CHB患者接受ETV抗病毒治疗后HBeAg的消失, 优于HBV RNA和高灵敏HBV DNA.
