核心内容提要	不完全射频消融通过重塑肿瘤微环境(诱导髓系抑制性细胞扩增、T细胞耗竭)、激活上皮间充质转化、形成缺氧/缺氧诱导因子(hypoxia-inducible factor, HIF)信号通路及增强保护性自噬, 协同促进残留肝癌细胞增殖、侵袭与免疫逃逸. 靶向HIF、信号换能器和转录激活因子3、自噬关键节点或联合免疫检查点抑制剂, 有望逆转促复发机制.
