核心内容提要	本研究系统评估了硫酸镁钠钾口服浓溶液(oral sulfate solution, OSS)联合利那洛肽(linaclotide, LIN)用于结肠镜前肠道准备的价值. 结果显示, 联合方案在肠道清洁效果上显著优于传统聚乙二醇与OSS单药, 尤其在右半结肠清洁度改善方面优势突出, 并显著提高了患者满意度. 联合方案总体耐受性良好, 为优化肠道准备提供了新策略.
