核心内容提要	本文综述肠道超声(intestinal ultrasound, IUS)在溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)的应用价值, 其无创、可床旁评估肠壁全层病变, 弥补结肠镜局限, 成UC一线评估手段. IUS有标准化核心评估参数与多款评分系统, 可动态监测UC治疗反应, 精准预测预后, 是评估透壁愈合的核心工具, 适配妊娠、儿科等特殊人群, 联合经会阴超声、生物标志物能提升评估效能. 目前IUS存在操作规范不统一、特殊人群评估标准待完善等问题, 未来需通过标准化建设推动其临床规范化应用.
