纳米抗体(包括骆驼源重链抗体的单可变与鲨源VNAR结构)具备分子量小、稳定性高、免疫原性低、易于工程化改造等优势, 为优化CTLA-4靶向治疗提供了新方向. 本文系统综述CTLA-4靶向纳米抗体的工程化优化策略, 及其在肝细胞癌、结直肠癌等消化系实体瘤中的研究进展, 分析临床转化的关键瓶颈, 并展望未来发展方向. |
