本综述综合了关于结直肠癌腹膜转移(peritoneal metastasis from colorectal cancer, CRC-PM)多模式治疗策略的最新证据, CRC-PM是一种具有挑战性且历史上预后不佳的疾病. 我们讨论了术前评估工具, 包括影像学、生物标志物和预后评分系统; 已建立的疗法, 如减瘤手术和腹腔热灌注化疗; 以及新兴方法, 如加压腹腔内气溶胶化疗、全身化疗、靶向治疗. 通过突出临床进展、局限性和未来方向, 本工作旨在指导精准治疗并改善CRC-PM患者的预后, 关注外科肿瘤学中多学科治疗中的关键领域. |
