| 核心内容提要 |
由于手术创伤、麻醉应激、禁食等都会影响胃肠道功能, 病人肠鸣音恢复延迟、排气排便推迟无法正常进食或吸收营养, 病人蛋白质分解增加导致机体负氮平衡及免疫力下降, 影响患者术后康复进程. 加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS)以循证医学为基础, 通过优化围手术期管理, 减少患者应激反应, 促进术后康复. EEN是ERAS的重要组成部分, 其中围术期尽早给予患者短肽类营养补充剂是关键措施之一, 可以快速为机体提供能量和必需营养素, 改善患者营养状况, 增强免疫力, 促进肠道功能恢复. 同时联合多模式止痛、限制性补液、早期下床活动等综合措施协同作用, 共同促进患者术后康复. |
