本文创新性提出隐腺性肛瘘可能是机体代偿性的自我保护机制. 其难治的核心在于括约肌机械闭锁导致的封闭缺氧微环境与免疫异常. 未来的治疗应从单纯解剖创新逐渐转向“微环境重塑”, 即开放间隙、富氧引流及免疫调控. |
