核心内容提要	肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)是起源于肝细胞的恶性肿瘤, 超声技术作为HCC诊疗中最常用的无创影像学手段, 在HCC早期筛查、诊疗及预后评估中发挥重要作用. 其中, 常规超声是HCC初筛的重要手段, 可快速识别肝脏局灶性病变, 提供病灶形态、边界及血供信息; 超声造影通过注入超声对比剂, 可清晰观察肿瘤微血管灌注情况, 可显著提升HCC的诊断效能; 超微血管成像可清晰显示肿瘤微小血管, 实现微血管侵犯术前无创量化评估; 超声弹性成像通过量化肝硬度与肿瘤硬度为HCC精准诊疗提供更客观的指标. 本文综述了超声技术在HCC诊疗及预后评估中的应用进展, 以期为HCC的早期诊断、治疗及预后评估提供参考.
