| 核心内容提要 |
结肠脂肪瘤病发病少见, 其发病机制目前虽未明确, 但存在在“气压伤”理论与“化学损伤(消毒剂)”理论, 而且后者更为推崇, 在大部分且在绝大多数病例中, 结肠假性脂肪瘤为一种与内镜操作相关的医源性化学性结肠炎, 主要由内镜管道消毒后残留的过氧化氢、过氧乙酸等氧化性消毒剂所致. 该疾病大部分临床无症状或者无特异性症状, 往往在肠镜检查退镜时发现, 具有特征性的内镜下表现. 该疾病治疗一般不需要特殊, 属于自限性疾病. 我们对此病进行了系统性综述, 旨在加强临床工作者对此疾病的认识, 减少临床的误诊和误治, 同时要求内镜消毒严格化. |
