核心内容提要	经会阴超声(transperineal ultrasound, TPUS)因其无创、实时、经济、可及性高、设备便携和无辐射等特点, 在炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease, IBD)的全管理流程中正从辅助诊断工具逐步转变为核心或候选核心成像技术之一. 其在肛周病变、直肠炎症、储袋炎及特殊人群评估中的价值已获高质量循证支持. 随着技术迭代与规范化推广, TPUS有望成为继肠道超声之后又一重要的床旁决策工具, 进一步优化IBD的精准评估与个体化管理, 融入IBD整合诊疗模式. 基于2026年欧洲克罗恩病和结肠炎组织会议的德尔菲专家共识, 未来将进一步推动TPUS技术的精准化和规范化推广.
