幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori, HP)对于溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)有保护作用, 对于HP阳性的UC患者及高危人群, 根据个体根除HP治疗的获益不同, 在胃镜和病理监测下, 对HP进行姑息治疗. 下一步应用大数据样本来监测并综合分析HP阳性的UC对于HP姑息疗法后收益是否大于HP导致的胃粘膜损害. |
