在慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者中, 利用FibroTouch检测仪获得的肝硬度值随着肝纤维化程度进展而增高, 与肝穿刺活检结果一致性良好. 且肝硬度值与血清肝纤维化指标、hui氏评分、Forns指数、FIB-4和非酒精性脂肪肝纤维化积分等的相关性良好, 同时无创纤维化诊断指标联合应用于肝脏纤维化诊断的临床效能要明显高于单项指标. |
