肠道梭菌感染性腹泻主要是由于各种病因破坏机体肠道内的菌群平衡, 使得艰难梭菌和产气荚膜梭菌大量繁殖, 产生毒素或气体, 刺激肠道发生腹泻. 酪酸梭菌、普拉梭菌等益生菌、梭菌疫苗、抗生素和粪菌移植对该类腹泻有一定疗效. |
