胃癌根治术患者往往采用全身麻醉, 但很可能无法实现理想的镇静镇痛效果, 且容易造成并发症的发生. 作为一种新型的2肾上腺素受体激动药, 右美托咪定具有选择性高、镇静镇痛作用强、抗焦虑且血流动力学稳定等显著优势, 为了进一步提高临床麻醉安全, 本研究旨在深入分析胃癌根治术中右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉对患者围术期血流动力学、麻醉药用量以及术后镇静镇痛的影响. |
