现有的经验性抗生素用药治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, H. pylori)已经不能满足临床根治的需求, 就浙江地区来说, H. pylori对克拉霉素、左氧氟沙星的单药耐药率和双重耐药率均较高, 临床需要推行H. pylori耐药性检测, 首选荧光定量PCR法, 选择敏感的抗生素个体化地用药, 提高根除效率. |
