核心内容提要	循证医学(evidence-based medicine, EBM)是科学做出临床决策的方法学, 实际应用中出现了被滥用的情况. 随着转化医学和精准医学的出现, 有人认为EBM已经过时了. 目前合理医疗日益受到关注, 合理认识EBM将有助于正确应用EBM方法做出合理医疗决策.
