病例报告1例肾上腺转移瘤125I放射性粒子植入术后并发透壁性胃溃疡, 对于左肾上腺转移癌并行放射性粒子植入治疗的患者, 应选择CT引导下精准植入粒子, 尽量选用低活度粒子, 减轻对周围正常组织的损伤, 延长患者生存期. |
