Th9细胞是一种新发现的CD4+T细胞亚群, 通过分泌IL-9, 加重结肠炎症, 并通过调控紧密连接蛋白、抑制肠上皮细胞增殖破坏肠粘膜屏障功能; 而应用IL-9抗体对实验性结肠炎具有治疗作用, 表明Th9细胞与IL-9可能成为炎症性肠病治疗的新靶点. |
