核心内容提要	比较超早期、早期胃镜检查对上消化道出血患者止血效果的影响. 选取天津新生态城医院消化科110例上消化道出血患者, 根据患者胃镜检查时间分为超早期组48例与早期组62例, 比较两组的出血情况. 比较发现两组检查数据, 差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05). 因此, 超早期、早期胃镜检查均可高效检出上消化道出血患者的出血灶并止血, 而超早期胃镜检查可减少患者出血量与输血率, 住院时间更短, 效果更佳.
